That was with a godmode plugin, I think you loose at least 40 hp doing it.

Only the nuke jump is and edgebug and no hp loss, the rest are with the plugin.

Stats 249 and Block 245

CJ is countjump its doing a duck to gain speed like a little bhop, you get more distance like that, my rec there is 253, but it goes as far as 265.

It takes some time to learn, but try to find everything related to kz (kreedz) download maps and get into servers, you can get it soon.
