you need to work on back flexibility. in order for you to be able to kick your legs up, your shoulders have to be over your hands (aligned). the more back stretches you do, the easier this will get. then try kicking over with your feet on a bed, and then work your way down til you can do it on the floor (try using stacked textbooks or something)

well when you're landing from your front limber try to bring in your legs and kinda land as close as possible to your hands. But your back gotta be flexible. Well i'm not sure if its right but it works for me. =)

Ummm, excuse me, I find that rude seeing i used to be a rhythmic gymnast, and it's harder that you think. We had to do a LOT of strength work, so in fact, I was very muscular.
