  • can u please show me how to do a back handspring THE EASY WAY!

  • u r AWSOME

  • how do u kno dat ur betta at it dan me, i could be an olympic gymnast 4 all u kno. jockin lol gd work!

  • I kinda have a problem on my back limber. After i do a bridge, i cant bring my legs up to a handstand. Any tips for that?

  • you need to work on back flexibility. in order for you to be able to kick your legs up, your shoulders have to be over your hands (aligned). the more back stretches you do, the easier this will get. then try kicking over with your feet on a bed, and then work your way down til you can do it on the floor (try using stacked textbooks or something)

  • i'm having trouble with the front limber. i got the handstand part, but when i go into a bridge i fall down and get the air knocked out of me. Plus i can't get up. Does anyone have any tips getting up from a bridge?

  • well when you're landing from your front limber try to bring in your legs and kinda land as close as possible to your hands. But your back gotta be flexible. Well i'm not sure if its right but it works for me. =)

  • Thanks this really helped

  • What are some stretch's that can help us do back kickover ?

  • thanks! it think this is gonna help a lot! it didn't know to rock into it.
