  • @Qiuera91 This came out in June, 1991.

  • @Selectrolux That's True! Congrats! I graduated from elementary school the year this came out and spent all summer dancing and enjoying great dance songs, this being one of them. :) I turned 32 four months ago; point being, I'm just saying that this era was our childhood and we are blessed and better off for it, plus to clarify that you're still young.

  • Just saw her on the Lunch Break with Crazy legs....... She still looks good...

  • where can I download this song..?

  • I remember this song from "way back"....she came to town (Vegas) and sang the song at the Palladium (dance/nite) club. • AMAZING SONG;)

  • Remember hearing this song as a teenager back in 1991. Great Song!

  • This song isn't all that great compared to other club anthems.

Good song, not great. It had it's ring.

  • @thezimmione critics are like douchebags, they all smell

  • I heard this last night while I was grocery shopping..It brought back to 1991,when Power106 used to play club music on a regular basis..

  • Smokin' Hot ! The Lady has a Great Voice, good song and production- I wish more contemporary artists had this kind of talent!

  • Does anyone else remember when the (beautiful!) cover art for Corina's Temptation single was controversial because she was photographed in handcuffs?? It's crazy to think that less than 20 years ago things like that caused such a stir, given how "uninhibited" today's recording artists are!

  • I jammed to this when I was twelve going on thirteen! Now I'm almost 32 and I can't believe I've found this!

  • @TheArtistWardo Ha! Me too! I can't believe I remember the lyrics after all these years. This was my jam in eighth grade! I even bought the tape from Columbia House. lol

  • great song, thanks for having it

  • there's Robin, but where's batman?

  • Corina, and Lisette Melendez ruled the dance charts.

    These ladies were awsome!

  • i won this at a record store way back when it was hot. this song was the jam.

all these colors and styles kinda got started on the cosby show and different world.

the influence is african and island. lisa bonet used to come out in gear like this all the time. had girls all over dressing like that. it even help spawn the arrested developement movement

  • I hear this song at work constantly, and it gets stuck in my head...but I could never find it til now. Thank god. Now if it gets stuck in my head and I want it out, I know what to look for, lol.

  • This song is pure awesome, the lyrics are great!

  • This is one of those "lost classics" that never gets played anymore.

It was popular on the radio for about one year, and that was it.

  • @harleykman Ironically, they played this on my radio station last night! I was like "Wow they're playing a freestyle song on this station!?" cause they usually play alternative, indie, top 40, but yeah great throwback! Even though i was born a year after this song came out haha

  • @harleykman I beg to differ. This song gets played about once every hour where I work lol

  • @harleykman A GREAT CLASSIC SONG

  • @harleykman It's not played on the radio anymore because all the religion fanatics feel the song is a direct argument against their beliefs.

  • @lakebay972 FUCKING IDIOT CHRISTIANS!!! AHHHH thats why I dont go to church anymore they try to be sooo WHOLLY and they are hypocritical fake bastards themselves! LOL sheesee! it was not that serious they knew that song was the truth and didnt want to face it so they protest against it... it wasnt bashing christianity it was just saying what was true temptation is a part of life regardless if its wrong or right it makes you do the things you love to do!! DUH!!!!!!!!!

  • @ginlover92545

not all christians are idiots, dude, i'm not. i love this song.

  • @YESHUAISMERCIFUL im sure not all but most I say a bunch of them can be such a turn off but yeah this song is catchy! you gotta miss the 90's ;)

  • @harleykman not in nyc - its still a dance classic

  • @harleykman Sad but true, though growing it was played during the mid-90s where I grew up, but thanks to YouTube this classic can be both discovered and rediscovered by music lovers everywhere. If I had my own radio station, this would be one of the songs I would play.

  • @harleykman You're definitely right. I only remember hearing this mostly in the summer of '91. Still a classic!!

  • @harleykman Grocery store Kroger plays it often enough.

  • @harleykman Absolutely right- a great tune!!!

  • @harleykman OMG yeah man! I totally remember it was back then i heard it every Saturday on the English jam sessions when i was over seas post operation Just Cause in Panama. memories...

  • @harleykman

just some info i listen to long island internet radiostation 94X they play it everyday

  • @harleykman Oh amen they don't play songs like that anymore you could dance to that.

  • when i just saw her in concert this past weekend, she looked so much better than this..

  • man i like this tune but that chick looks like a dude yo. just a little. no offense. im sure she looked better in person or something. totally like the song tho. and good pic quality but i think i'll settle for the mp3 lol ;]

  • @Darrenoftinley In the early 90s women wore a lot of mannish clothes. Look at Paula Abdul or Janet Jackson (Rhythm Nation).

Search wikipedia for - Temptation_(Corina_song) - and look at the cover. Beautiful woman (imho).

  • @harleykman yeah actually i just checked it out again and ya know what it is is the eyebrows she just should've gotten them waxed for the shoot probably. ;] again tho, like the song, she seems cool just was the brows was all.

  • this song used to be a ttop bowlers sound. Really takes me back to nights of full of fun

  • I used to love this song! Great!

  • Absoutely beltin! Had forgot about this too but used to drop this loads in the early nineties...definitely gettin dragged out agin this un

  • great song, but her eye brows are too thick in this video

  • lmao, wasn't expecting to read that.

  • @SilkySmoothVidz I seem to remember that thicker-- even heavily penciled in-- eyebrows were the style... though hers aren't shaped too nicely.

  • Out of all the 80s Freestyle female artists, Corina was the only one that could dance.

  • Just heard this song for the first time on the club channel on the site Youshook. So this is what the 80s or the 90s club songs sounds like. Love it.

  • awesome '90 song!! greatt beat

  • i remember clubbing in NYC with all the club kids....this song reminds me of limelight and shit.

  • I was OBSESSED with this song when I was 10. I thought it was really raunchy, like Madonna's "Burning Up". It's still catchy as all f.

  • a strip club classic!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This song totally rocks, what is amazing is even though I'm 29 years old I don't ever recall hearing this song when it first came out in 1991, I did watch alot of MTV and listened to the radio often during that time period

  • That is because MTV didn't play freestyle music except as background during club MTV, same goes for lisette melendez, sandee, and others.

  • I did notice that MTV was playing alot of hard rock music during that time period

  • @Doobie1975 A lot of hair band crap..Nirvana ended that all

  • in 2004 my ltr bitch of a girlfriend told me her secret of her seeing someone else and that we were done....later that day i heard this song and i felt so stupid...i mean my ex-bitch should have been singing this....................but i love this song still....now i'm strong. hard as a rock with no emotional weakness......

love at an arms length, if that makes any sense

  • So does anyone know what ever happened to her??

  • Corina is under rated...........her music was flawless...we who know you love you girl!

  • haha i love this song because the singer is just amazingg<3

  • Wow I remember this when I was stationed at Ft Lewis. I used to request this song at this club I used to go to in Seattle called The Oz.

  • i wish....u know...

  • Sorry to bust all your bubbles but she is 100% Woman I have met her a few times, Great Song !!

  • Yeah.. those eyebrows do look.. manly..
