Yeah I agree. However, I do believe some of the stuff in the beginning about axl's childhood being shitty because i have heard interviews where he has confirmed that. I wasn't trying to refer to the whole book, but more importantly the beginning (i think the first chapter). Sorry. I know Slash's is better though. Have you read it?

I think they sent out a great message to kids with their music, and their message is still applicable today. Screw those old people. What you said is true, Axl did what he wanted with his life and it was pretty much of a success, but I just think that celebrity and fame got to his head. Look at Slash, the point you've made is true for him. He did drugs, drop out of school, followed a dream and became one of the greatest guitar players of all time. But he didn't started riots or throw a bottle of wine at his neighbour. I'm a musicien and Axl is a true inspiration. He believed in Chinese Dem, and it is good.
