What was posted on the web is a "Certificate of Live Birth" which you can get in Hawaii even if your not a U.S. citizen and doesn't meet the constitutional requirements and can be issued after the birth and amended, but FactCheck fails to mention that.

There are two different hospitals in Hawaii, and he has been said to have been born in both of them. The Hawaii Department of Health, issued a statement on Oct 31st, and only said that they have his original Birth Certificate in their records. They didn't say it was a Hawaiian Certificate. United States Naturalization Law of March 26, 1790 states "the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens". Also when McCain was asked for his Birth records, he provided them and his medical records. Obama has refused his birth records, his medical records, his school records, and even his daily logs from the Illinois state senate.

the judge (surrick) dismissed the case on the grounds that the berg case was too vague in how voters would be harmed by obama's alleged ineligibility. the judge also said the suit was frivolous not worthy of discussion.

It was a bit more detailed, but yes, a Judge who has sworn to uphold the Constitution, refused to do it. The court is partly correct. If the Media would do it's job, most people would be aware of the fact that Obama refuses to prove his citizenship. As it stands now, there are people that already voted for him, that will never even hear, that he has been making an end run, around the Constitution, and if aware of this, they would never have voted for him.

The No Standing line had nothing to do with his claims. What the Judge was saying is that we as Citizens, voters and party members have no legal standing to inforce the Constitution. He never said that Berg's claims were wrong, and he never said that Obama is a citizen. The fact remains that Obama refused to produce his birth records in Court, but rather sought a protective order so that he wouldn't have to produce them. What citizen would do that? Why would a citizen do that?

Berg did not have the opportunity to present his case. He had originnally asked for a jury trial. If Obama respects the Constitution, why did he ask to have the case dismissed. He could have presented his birth records to the court, but he refused to do that. Knowing this, you should be ashamed to support him. Yes, but the law at the time of Obama's birth stated that his citizen parent had to have lived in the US for 10 years, 5 of those years after the age of 14. Obama's mother was only 18 when he was born. He was a natural born citizen of Kenya. He then moved to Indonesia, and became a citizen there. In 1981 he was still using his Indonesian passport. He is now a citizen of Indonesia. He was not born in Hawaii as he claims. This is why he refuses to show his birth record to anyone.

I just went through a 4 year long lawsuit for a forged document. It is so very easy to do and I know just how his fake certificate was done, even with a seal. His document as far as I can tell by what I have seen online is fake. It is very easy to do if you know how to do it. Also, it is scary how easy documents can be faked.
