@dantheman20032 No you aren't doing anything wrong. Lee is going down past parrallel for a couple of reasons. First is he is just training quads, going lower will engage the hamstrings which he will target on another day..
Second, and most important, is he was coming back from an injury and his knees over the years have copped a beating. So he has to keep the load off them and apply it to the muscle.
I've been squatting all the way down. Am I doing it wrong?
