This is not by Elvis! This is by Italian singer Pino Donaggio.

@galnicco You're right, the original song was really sang by Pino Donaggio, its title was "Io che non vivo" and he sang it in 1964. (He was born in 1941 anyways.) Dusty Springfield (1939-1999) sang it in English, she did a great version in 1966. And Elvis sang it in 1970, and you can see he performed it in "That's The Way It Is".
