We had someone from our Tea Party here in Alabama to go to Iowa to watch the caucus. They asked her name when she walked and she told them she wasn't voting, that she was from out of state. Well later on when they went to vote, they started handing out ballots. They handed her a ballot and again she told them she was only observing.
