No fucking way did I find this video I used to play in this house when I was a kid in the theater room that was in third floor an the tennis court an pool outback had a women an mens changing room for the pool an a wine cellar you can see the door at the end of the video an he had a boxing room in the basement right next to the cellar he Also had a safe in his back bed room but it was empty ;( thanks for posting video I was in same house as you about 7 or 8 years later

Actually YES...u are right and YOU JUST REMINDED ME...not only is that the belt he won from hearns (he told me this himself) but it is the ACTUAL belt that Hearns owned...u hear where he says to me "he didnt need it" ?? Thats him saying that he took it and KEPT it after the fight because Tommy didnt need it anymore :)

Just so everybody knows.... this video was shot in June of 1988 when I was on my way to Ray's gym to train for the 1988 U.S. Olympic Trials. We stopped of fso he could take me on a tour of his house in Maryland. If you listen close you can hear us talking about his future opponent Donny LaLonde, as well as past opponents Hearns and Hagler.

That was good rare footage on SRL personal side. Interesting thing though, Mark Breland showed me his gold medal and it looked quite different from SRL's. Mark's was smaller, but hey, a gold is a gold.
