It's not free-running it called Parkour. invented by David Belle. the flips aren't acctually part of the sport they strictly aren't parkour. (parkour being the philosophy of moving through space in the most direct path possible.) it's developed into an acrobatic sport but originated as a practiced philosophy.

A good percentage of this is David Belle, the inventor of Parkour. he's the guy doing all the roof jumps and that huge structure.

Free running isn't much different from parkour except that it's more of a game/sport than a philosophy.
