Hi I am no expert , It looks to be passenger side front, I would say knee or shoulder because it is so much more pronounced as he works to the right, on a small circle forces more weight on inside front, It s almost always knee over a shoulder in the abcenses of trauma, knee is weaker and higher motion joint, than shoulder, I would doubt foot though bc it should be equally evident irreguardless of direction traveled, Just my 2 cents, I bought some one elses criple, thats bout all thats leftLOL
