@LaFlairParkour and just one more thing when i do the split foot jump the back leg after kicking up comes up too high,it goes above my shoulder height and the front leg comes up to my shoulder height and i am not able to get them together what do i do in this case
hey jesse , i'm a big big fans of yours ! one question please , how can i control my legs, like when i'm try it out my leg just like tucked after i'm take off from a kong can you help me out with that part please !!!! URGENT
@LaFlairParkour I am doing the duble kong but no with this style.. i do it with an other style is that fold?? or not as well?? tel me please. ;D Thanks
every time i try to do parkour i feel like not doing it because of when people watch me do it, it's weird and i feel awkward is there anyway to get over this?
@xISiLLeNTIx The great thing about parkour is that you don't have to go to an academy for it! All you really need are a few obstacles and watch some videos on the trick that you wish to perform and you can try it out right there and then!
actually it even helped me improving other vaults :) now i can do them over a longer distance (distance from obstacle to the landing point), not landing a meter or something behind the obstacle.
@LaFlairParkour Okay, thanks man! I think I have a pretty good foundation, and I can get a pretty decent couple feet up the wall, but I keep missing the third foot and I always end up pushing out away from the wall rather than just going back down it. I'll keep trying though, thanks for the response, keep up the good work :D
Thanks Jesse, for all the things your doing. Your inspiring and motivating us again and again to stick to training and your vids are great teaching material. Keep on your awesome work!
stuck my first one earlier. yes it was indoor at tempest and wasn't as pretty but I got it. progress eh? plus it helps knowing the floor softly bounces you back lol
i keep being told that my legs aren't kicking out as they should in mid-kong. i run into it nicely, come out of it nicely, i still make quite the distance, but it still looks wrong. any tips?? it would really help. thanks.
@Justintapout K Swiss Ariakes are great beginner shoes, they have a lot of cushioning and great grip on the majority of surfaces. Know Obstacles are pretty intermediate. Less support but a more rounded grip. Feiyues are more advanced and have little to no support but good grip and help improve your landings and control.
@Justintapout I would recommend k-swiss ariake (the ones he's wearing) or some new balance trainers with a complete sole such as the 574, and, of course, if you can get kalenjis definitely good. Hope this helps
@Justintapout Ariake! Is the ones he uses and the ones i use... they are really good but there are a few good ones out there you just need to find ones with a nice grip
@Justintapout something with thin souls so you can get the feel of your landing and get to know how you should land properly. Something with decent grip so somewhere between soft rubber (for the souls) and hard rubber, the harder the rubber the lesser amount of grip the softer the rubber more grip but it'll wear down quicker. I bought myself a pair of K.O's and they are amazing. they have perfect grip extremely light weight and awesome in every aspect....if u want to know more message me
Man those guys are assholes, they could have just moved somewhere else... Good video yo, i didn't know the ways your legs were supposed to be in mid jump.
@Umz15824 for the workouts send me a message and i can help you out with that :) and Jesse your tutorials are some of the best and most explanitory ive seen. love watchin em:)
Nice vid
Please put up a palm/wall spin tutorial that would be epic.
