  • @987654321ag1 most likely that your head and chest came up to much which brought your knees down, or you got to close...

  • @LaFlairParkour and just one more thing when i do the split foot jump the back leg after kicking up comes up too high,it goes above my shoulder height and the front leg comes up to my shoulder height and i am not able to get them together what do i do in this case

  • @Vaultagepk You could but it is actually harder. You don't have any picnic benches around?

  • @LaFlairParkour oh well that explains why ive been having trouble, but ill keep at it! ;) and naa i dont. probably find some soon :D

  • Love your tutorials man, but you gotta find a way to get rid of the highway noise and conversations!

  • Not to be a dick, because I really love your videos... but could you find places that aren't right next to roads...

  • you should find a way to mute the surrounding highway noises!

  • every time i try to do parkour i feel like not doing it because of when people watch me do it, it's weird and i feel awkward is there anyway to get over this?

  • Those black dudes haha

  • I love thistrick

  • dude , could you make precisions and balance to bars? it is quite dificult :z

  • I want to learn parkour but the academy is far from me :/

  • @xISiLLeNTIx The great thing about parkour is that you don't have to go to an academy for it! All you really need are a few obstacles and watch some videos on the trick that you wish to perform and you can try it out right there and then!

  • thanks a lot dude for this tutorial ! i'm waiting for it a while ago , now I know how to do it :D

  • Jesse, I have hard times jumping with split step as you suggest. It seems like I don't get as much height as punching. Any tips on that?

  • You really need to buy a Mic ^_^... but thanks, ive trying to figure out how to progress my students into the DK

  • No offence but you're picking u a lot of background noise (cars, black people laughing etc.)

  • @LaFlairParkour I can't find a tutorial on the angel drop or the devil drop so if you can make one that would be good or give me a link to one PLEASE

  • @LaFlairParkour can you make a tutorial for the climb up of cat leap position and one for kash vault?? Thanks manos

  • @manospapyrakis watch the wall run climb up tutorial. I go over how to climb up from cat.

  • Perfect Tutorial, Thanks!

actually it even helped me improving other vaults :) now i can do them over a longer distance (distance from obstacle to the landing point), not landing a meter or something behind the obstacle.

  • haha how crazy did they think you were?

  • Wall-run tutorial!!

  • @hipeeps28 I have a wall run tutorial look in my tutorial playlist or in related videos to the right

  • @LaFlairParkour I think the user meant a HORIZONTAL "wall-run"

for example, like prince of persia

  • Wall run tutorial?(:

  • @ADepressedwhale I have a wall run tutorial look in my tutorial playlist or in related videos to the right

  • @LaFlairParkour Sorry, let me specify. Horizontal wall run tutorial?(:

  • @ADepressedwhale ohh ok so if you watch the tic tac tutorial that should be all you need to know to do a great wall run

  • @LaFlairParkour Okay, thanks man! I think I have a pretty good foundation, and I can get a pretty decent couple feet up the wall, but I keep missing the third foot and I always end up pushing out away from the wall rather than just going back down it. I'll keep trying though, thanks for the response, keep up the good work :D

  • Learned this on my first day at the academy. :)

  • Thank you Flair, I remember asking you for this but I dont know if this was cause i asked. Either way thank you!

  • thanks La Flair :)!

  • i like it how you cant click on box

  • What types of shoes do you rekemend for parkour and free runny

  • @Justintapout i like KO's from wfpf

  • @Justintapout K Swiss Ariakes are great beginner shoes, they have a lot of cushioning and great grip on the majority of surfaces. Know Obstacles are pretty intermediate. Less support but a more rounded grip. Feiyues are more advanced and have little to no support but good grip and help improve your landings and control.

  • @Justintapout I would recommend k-swiss ariake (the ones he's wearing) or some new balance trainers with a complete sole such as the 574, and, of course, if you can get kalenjis definitely good. Hope this helps

  • @Justintapout Ariake! Is the ones he uses and the ones i use... they are really good but there are a few good ones out there you just need to find ones with a nice grip

  • @RoDaX55 Ariake iii I think they have much better comfort. :p

  • @Justintapout Shoes with tons of grip will do the job. lol

  • @Justintapout buy a shoe that feel comfortable and cheap.

  • @Justintapout Barefoot ;)

  • @Justintapout dude look into Nike Free run +2's those are great for it

  • @Justintapout something with thin souls so you can get the feel of your landing and get to know how you should land properly. Something with decent grip so somewhere between soft rubber (for the souls) and hard rubber, the harder the rubber the lesser amount of grip the softer the rubber more grip but it'll wear down quicker. I bought myself a pair of K.O's and they are amazing. they have perfect grip extremely light weight and awesome in every aspect....if u want to know more message me

  • Yo I just bought one of your bandanas! Can't wait til it comes in!

  • nice!

fuckk i hate when people take over spots..

  • i have tht shirt it is soo freaking nice!!!!!!!!

  • You should get a mic.

  • Question. How do you make your dive kong so soft and low impact? Because mine are really hard on my wrists.

  • Great video! I learned that I was doing this totally wrong.

  • Great video! Can you make a tutorial on the wall spin?

  • Congrats on 10 000 subs!

  • Man those guys are assholes, they could have just moved somewhere else... Good video yo, i didn't know the ways your legs were supposed to be in mid jump.

  • Blahhh so much Background noise.
