uhm ive been 23-1 with random pubs since gettin this build with slark.

PMS, treads, MoM, LOTHS (yes loths), then the last items depend on what the other teams picks are. usually basher or sny now that it isnt an orb effect i wont get loths if my team completely sucks and they can guard someone beefy with gem.

MOM maybe in pubs. but in competitive? no way. Look Slark's base HP. he activates MOM

extra damage taken. one dust, ward, gem from the enemy. Slark is doomed for sure. pls dont overestimate ur dota experiences.

@machunroo I dont know exactly what to build on him. FOr an orb effect I personally choose skady ( for the mana and hp ) . I know this is not good for competitive as it is too hard to do . I also played with a very good romanian player (ro-coco the one that named Kunkka as COCO ) and he did manta and mom on him ... So what is yout opinnion on the items ppl should build on slark

but MOM is in most cases bad on Slark... unless the rest of your team has SEVERE stun.slow.disable.duration dps combo. But... in usual games the build for slark should be

Competitive:

magic stick + 2 bracers + str treads + diffusal + BKB/LINKEN

magic stick + 1 bracer + str treads + S & Y + BKB/Linken + BUTTER

PUB DestROY BUILD :

MOM & manta

or

SKADI

although Magina could use HoT as it can blink out from battle and come back

(but even for Magina... he should focus on items that could destroy enemy spell casters)

Im not a fan of HoT...but if your team lacks carries so all your opponents focus u at start of battle

then maybe extra HP could help.... :)

personally, i would go for bkb & manta for survivability. and make one of your support player go forpipe

Horrible Slark. Doesn't even use MoM. The point of Slark is to get high HITS per second, especially at the start of battle, so that you can get 4 extra agi PER hit. MoM does exactly that, and if you Ulti along with MoM you won't even take damage unless they can see invis. By the end of the 4 seconds you already have a ton of agi and they have no stats left.

this hero STEALS stats and adds it to it's own.. this hero is a nightmare to str based heroes.. -2 str/hit.. you loose 2 base damage and 34 base hp everytime you are hit by this fucker, wtf?! too imba, i'd say.. not to mention it's ulti is like having haste and regen rune at the same time.. this hero is CHEAP!!!!!!
