Bronchioloalveolar carcinoma is, by definition, WITHOUT stromal, vascular or pleural invasion and it should not have lymph node metastasis. Please read the 1999 or 2004 WHO book before you respond. I feel sorry for people like me in your residency program; they deserve a much better teacher.
you may be correct but you must show respect to someone who has devoted his entire life to teaching! who has given up so much of his time to teach thousands of med students every year for free!
i'm sure you make mistakes and i would still respect you if you did half of the things Dr Minarcik did.

This is NOT bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, based on the 2004 WHO classification.
