Not that bad actually. Just raw FRAPS video on a secondary drive then edit -> encode to DivX -> Upload -> Delete raw FRAPS video -> Start Over XD
What do you use? I am still looking for a good h.264 encoder that works with Sony Vegas or anything that is incredibly sharp with a smaller file size :)

@dopemaster9 The only mods available on PS3 for GTA IV are balls (shoot rockets ffrom M4) and you have to have a jailbroke PS3.

I just use the sony vegas preset, .wmv, 720p HD 30fps :)
It comes out really nice on Youtube!
