Thank you for the post. This is simple. I have started to work and beeing paid equal with my English collegues, but now after completed several courses I am beeing paid 2x more than my English mates simply because I work harder and commit to the work. Now I supervise UK staff, which mostly are ok towards me. But lazy people can only complain for the world. Are you one of them ? Than fear of the competition or be wise and learn from emigrants working on their dreams. Good luck !

I don't see any reason why you should complain if these nations now want to participate in UK wealth - you owe it to them. thats a bit of a sweeping generalisation isnt it? most minorities come here because of the job ops and even though employers KNOW the wont be there that long, so there less inclined to hire them, UK natives still complain their treated unfairly
