The Hmong and their two villages are the 3rd most attration in the whole FG, right after Devil's Island and the European Space Centre, yet there is no mention of them anywhere. The Hmong provide most of the agricultural for FG, yet there is no mention of them anywhere. FG Creole are the most racist in this French territory. Look at even news of the open store in Cayenne, majority of them are Hmong, but never an interview or a show of the Hmong.

Whenever a high official want to visit Cacao, there is a strike all over the countries, especially, creole in Cayenne...
