Perhaps "this" God created us just to observe or occasionally intervene. What we humans see as good and evil, this God may simply see as inconsequential. Maybe it's a possibility that nothing will happen to the Earth, but rather the humans on it. Maybe the alignment of the sun, and the center of the milkway coupled with the restart of our precession, will have some effect on humans.
Look at all this chaos in the world. Hunger, famine, disease, bad science, greedy corporations. I'm not the go-to-church religious type, but almost every holy book points to the behaviors of man which technically could lead to end of world conditions.

The problem with celebrating the bible as having made perfectly accurate predictions is that you're not quite right about the timeline: there's no confirmation that scribes didn't just write newer scripture, depict it as ancient text, and use it to corroborate events after the fact. The predictions of Jesus' coming, for example... the signs described could very well have been written after the fact, as a prosletyzing tool. It's an old trick, but effective.

There are extensive prophecies dealing with individual nations and cities and with the course of history in general, all of which have been literally fulfilled. More than 300 prophecies were fulfilled by Christ Himself at His first coming. Other prophecies deal with the spread of Christianity, as well as various false religions, and many other subjects.

Most are the prophecies are in the Old Testament. When the Bible (and Christianity) was implemented in Rome for political reasons, they made the prophecies fit in the New Testament to give credibility to the Bible as a whole.

These things are illegal because humans have decided they want to live in a fair, safe, just world. Do you want to live in a world where anyone can do anything? Someone could murder you and nothing would happen to them. These laws exist because humans agree that it is the best way to live in a society.

the videos were very informative, and whilst i dont really agree with the bible christian stuff i stopped believing in. You at the end said that, that was your view and that we were free to think our own way, you weren't forcing your views on anybody which is a great plus in your favour. People should probably remember that before they criticize your theory and the bible.
