@TheRandomeGurl I think the reason that the applause is so weak is that it's not that big a group of people, and probably not filled with fangirls of Darren's. The sound is really travelling in that auditorium or wherever they are, which seems to prove the lack of "bodies".

I had no idea that he wrote this song for his friends with cancer. Ironically enough, this song helped me get through my mom getting cancer. Any time she was having a particularly rough day, or either of us were sad, I would just play this song and we would start to feel better. So, thank you Darren.

as much as I truely love this song, what was up with that weak applause at the end?!? I've heard greater applause for him at concerts with less people. He deserves more. I'm glad he's gonna stick to his roots, and not hide behind the stuff Glee tells him to sing.

I don't even know where to start after seeing that performance. I'm a fan of Darren through Glee & I have his EP Human on my iPod, have listened to "Not Alone" before, but the song takes on a whole new meaning now for me.

Next week I celebrate 10 years of being in remission from cancer, & I am so grateful to be alive and able to see my two teen daughters graduate from high school & middle school this spring. We're going to Glee Live in Chicago in June and I can't wait to see Darren sing!
