I would seriously spaz out from a REAL trailer saying "Prepare to go Online with Fallout 3/Oblivion." Not like WOW tho.

@TheJaervinen I dunno if youve got it working now but, have you made sure that both the game and the downloads are from the same country (england version for example) because they WONT work if the downloads are purchased in a diferent country.
Or it could be that code that appears on the back of the game manual, the downloads shoud say something about a code and where its found.
But Im just "spit-balling" posibilitys so Im not 100%

yeah, i have bought both the fallout 3 game itself and the add ons on a disc from the same store here in sweden! It's bound to be something else that is fishy. I am on my second playtrough and will test it out! im just trying to level up to 22 to get the cola perk so i can finish off the nuka cola challenge. after that i will finish the game and hopefully get to play the broken steel add on
@TheJaervinen Well I have doubts that it could be the level of your character, coz I completed the game at LVL 18 and I could play it and I heard you have to be lvl 20 or 30 ot play it.
you could also have a look at the "downloads" option on the games main menu, If it appears there, It should be installed. I purchased tha add on's on the playstation store and then installed it, so I dont know anything about the add on's on a disk, It should come with instructions on what to do.

When I finish the quest and the ''2 weeks later''(no voices) appear, the game does move on to the room in Citadel but Elder Lyons isn't there and I cannot move. I also cannot see the HUD and access my Pip-boy.

You must follow the main quest. I love the setting to this game. I mean such a awsome story. So realistic too. You know , like if there was a nuclear war and that would be the scenario. Best game ive played since Xbox 360 Came out.
@CDOG550 personally, i think the fallout series and the mass effect is the best RPG. but i think SWTOR is going to be the best MMORPG, not RPG. Reason why i love mass effect is that it is kinda like fallout, except some things like your charecter has a voice and u cant really kill anyone u want, but if its fallout vs mass effect, count me out, they both are way to good and badass to argue over

Yes thats what this add-on was for, to let you carry on the game after you (would have) beat it. Your level cap is also raised to 30 which is always nice :D

After loading the data files, you have the option of starting it or not. For point lookout and operation anchorage, you'll receive a new radio transmission after about 3 minutes of starting the game. You'll have to go somewhere to start the quests.
If I saved just before entering the Project Purity Memorial building (which I did) can I just load that save and then get knocked into a coma and continue playing? Do I need to start ALL over?

You're not supposed to use the purifier, have one of your followers do it otherwise you can't do broken steel, I used Fawkes.

Hey I hvae an annoying problem with the start of broken steel. When I wake after enterign the code to the purifier I just find myself laying under some hospital cart and I can't do anything except breath and cough with e button ! Please help me

Yes thats what this add-on was for, to let you carry on the game after you (would have) beat it. Your level cap is also raised to 30 which is always nice :D

say if i get point lookout and say operation anchorage do i get a choice of which to do first or do i have to go to someplace to start them or what and if i get the Pitt as well can i go back to these areas if i have beaten their quests?

After loading the data files, you have the option of starting it or not. For point lookout and operation anchorage, you'll receive a new radio transmission after about 3 minutes of starting the game. You'll have to go somewhere to start the quests.
