hii from serbia one of largest producers ,we pick the rasps manually ,a truly brainboiling experience , i lold when i saw your hats when there was no sun.shaker is nicely constructed but we dont have these machines over here , i tried to ask for lease & import & testing them in our conditions on hilly countryside but its very hard...interesting the washing part we usually skip picking when it rains or wait few hours because of lower quality n price.i got 85 eurocent this year per kg. low ..
Yes it it. I'm not a farmer, but the machine looked like a well-built piece of equipment. Three small raspberry farms went in on it together, so it gets used quite a bit during the harvesting season.
cool!were i live in Whatcom County, Washington, were raspberry farming is a HUGE part of our economy, in fact, 'Smuckers" gets all of there fruit from whatcom county. there are so many raspberry farms here, my home is literally surrounded. if you look in "related Videos" on the right, you will see Washington red raspberry harvest, that is were i live. oh and by the way, Korvan makes WAY bigger, self propelled models.
I watched a few monstrous Korvans in a few other videos. And thanks, Tractorperson, I think I'll check out your area. It sounds like you live in a gorgeous area.
oh yes, i heard in our local news that whatcom county was in the top ten for the most beatiful places in the country/best place to live. highest minimum wage in the counrty(ithink) also very close to the 2010 olympics! Korvan actually copied Littau Harvesters. a guy that woked for Littau, copied the blusprints, ran up here, and started Korvan. Korvan is huge now to! with harvesters for just about anything that grows on a vine...(sorry my messages are so long!)
That's cool! I never saw raspberries picked like that! Now we just need some french toast, bacon, and Vermont maple syrup. Those are gorgeous looking berries!
This was a great video. Our raspberries are just a small corner of our yard. We picked every other day for three weeks too. I posted a video response only because the video used the same music. Thought you might enjoy it.
