  • how can you jump so high :3 i´m trying to do 720 but i can only do 540 and land on my right foot

  • @Xuanfengjiao720 practice, a lot of practice

  • amazing

  • i dont understand the point of the 720? they hit the kick at the first rotation then spin an extra 1 and a half times?

  • @RostaFixiation The point of the 720 is that it's a lot harder than a 360.

  • I would like to know what the music in the background is please :)

  • repeat 0.45 to 0.48 several times, the kicks go along perfect with the music XD

  • ooh thanks.

  • waiit...so do you get more power from being double legged or single? cuz my friend said it's easier for single by ppl are telling me you get more power from double x_x

  • you get more height from 2-leg. However, it is easier to spin with 1-leg

  • I noticed that all of these guys jump off 2 feet, is it easier to do that or is it easier to jump off of one?

  • when u run and do the kick, do u go in mabu stance and from there jump with 2 legs and do the kick? or do u run and jump from one leg and kick?

  • I jump with both legs, but I don't necessarily go into a mabu prior to my jump.

  • k thanks =D

  • wait so u mainly use ur calfs to jump? i need some excersises to jump like that lol ._.

  • @Wuhan do you get the same points for a both legs takeoff in a competition? or is it the same?

  • @VolrathCze regardless of your take off method (1 or 2 legs), the move is considered the same, so same points awarded. Just be sure to complete the rotation!

  • @Wuhan thank you! yes but i can rotate only 360 :( haha maybe one day.

  • Can you do 1080s too? It seems like your spin is a little bit lagging in this one, yet you have the same height as shao chang.

  • yeah this is an old video like 3 years old.

I can consistently do 720's now. If i try hard enough i can get 900

    But nowhere near 1080

  • Ahaha Wushu^^

I learn Wushu 2, but I not good at it. Juz normal.

  • may i ask.. how do u train ur leg muscles for this? ._.

  • do more, there's no real secret

  • ok thx.. guess that'll take some times o_o"

  • =( why is the height so sexy

  • Plyometrics, Leg presses, the kind of stuff where you wake up the next morning cursing the day you tried Wushu!

  • thats awesome! im still working on my 540s.. and what music is this?? its so cool

  • awesome 900

  • This move, I must get!

  • oh wow... lol cool. ur bro is good with that 360 jump inside. haha seriously though it's hard to 360 for me now like only 540 or 630 for me oh and i cant 720... yet

  • his brother can get a 720 inside. he's just being lazy at the time.

  • you can sure blend in with china, brian. good work man

  • Crazy Wushu

  • i used to be able to do a 900 xfj but now i only do 720 mabu...

  • its possible?

  • i wanna see too

  • is there any vids of anyone doing 1080s then?

  • i don't have any

  • oh man i wanna se his 1080s

  • why do you want to SEE his 1080's when you can practice and one day do it yourself?

  • please!! boys

    don't jump more!!!

because- i never catch up :-(

    give me chance

  • i wonder if they can do 1080's... that would be crazierrrr

  • the first guy in the video can do a 1080 xfj+ mabu

  • hey, nice job, do all wuhan people do the inside two footed though?? bring back the one footed jump insides!!! :P

  • no not everyone, there's like 2 guys before shao chang who did one leggers...just didn't get them

  • which one do you think is easier to do: a one legged tornado or two legged?

  • well...it really depends on the person

i have a few more guys who went before shao chang who did 720's and they were 1 legged jumpers.
