Low on battery maby? Contact your local Apple dealer.

do this. turn it on till you get the apple logo. when it appears, hold down the lock and home button at the same time till the screen blacks out. it should turn back on and work. if that doesnt help, plug it into itunes and restore the firmware. by clicking restore on your ipods main menu in itunes. if none work, go to the apple store. but it wont be free because the model is 2 years old.
