Listen i am freaking out already! I am expecting mines the end of this month! I, too went threw sever menstruation cramping. i invest in Birth Control in my teen years for 12 years. The pill helped me through all cramping plus acne. Then i went off them August 2010. Now I'm paying for it. i go threw, Vomiting, Fainting, balling up! i stop crying, I Holler! Now I'm looking up remedies like Raspberry Tea & Femalite. No meds helped me not even prescribed. Hopefully these natural stuff works!!
And when the cramps finally go away from IB Profin or something I am just worn out and the pain has always been bad, but just worse now got it at 11 years old (lucky me) till 28 now and it is awful
Petrosfelia (i think thats how u spelled your name) I feel you 100% lmmfao seriously men cry and curl up in a ball if you just brush the tip of thier stuff and women have to deal with pain longer then 5 minutes lol 8-O
Pain is not a normal symptom of your period! Please educate yourself on Endometriosis, 1 in 10 women have Endometriosis 176 million world wide. It is the most common cause of pelvic pain.
man!! i cant thumbs up all of you but i can put this comment up so everyone thumbs up so that everyone can see this.women are the people that get the most pain.we dont deserve it

I have had extremely painful periods since age 14 along with bloating and vomiting on the first day that is sheer agony and completely debilitating on the first day unless medicated with Naproxen. I've been suffering a long time and I'm not even 30 yet!
i always get dysmenorrhea for about an hour on the first day that i start a late menstrual cycle. if i am on time, i do not have such painful symptoms. im trying to associate the condition with the late period however i havent found anything on the internet that could assume that the two (late periods and dysmenorrhea) go hand in hand. i guess it can apply to me only as every woman's cycle is different. has anyone else experienced painful periods due to being late?
One more thing that i wonder about ... My mother never once had a menstral cramp and was as regular as clock work, but suffered with horrible sweats n flushes for more years than she should have (pre hormone replacement therapy) in her menopause... I on the other hand had bad mentral cramps but so far one year in to my menopause have practically NO symptoms .... i wonder if this is at all common that one or the other might determine your future comfort in menopause
I always suffered with menstral cramps when i was young, i used to do a lot of exercise at school and never got them until after id left ... i wondered if exercise helped .. im sure it did.
Also, i always thought menstral cramps were the results of the womb contracting giving off pain. pain killers and a hot water bottle always helped me.
Lol. On most of these videos it's a guy talki g. He doesn't truly understand the curse known as menstration

My pains go from heavy to extreme - this has happened since I was 12! :(
So I lie down, rub my belly or drink cold beverages (sometimes hot) - depending on the intensity of the pain.
Ugh - all the crazy things we women go through.

Here are some things that help me.
Before: drink Chamomile tea every night, a week before your cycle starts, eat less spicy foods, salt and chocolates.
During: a warm towel or as "asceses" suggests hot water bottle over the area. And of course, pain killers!
