@TexasBuckeye24 Growing up in Louisiana builds crazy cool food ideas into your DNA. My dad always cooked, my uncle, I watched them and just ate a lot of really good Cajun food growing up. Always loved a good crawfish pie, love bacon, so this was just a way to put those types of dishes together in one.
