IE 9 (open link in new tab / window ) problem "help plz"

When I open my internet the link and stuff doesnt show or anything

@FlexThatStick check your version of adobe flash player try searching "flash player" on google and download latest version .. remove unwanted toolbars .. check drive (c) available space ..

i installed smething for my toolbar but now it opens up tabs instead of IE. how do i get it to go back?

@ljmdrummer i cant actually understand what you got , but maybe you will need to uninstall then reinstall the toolbar again ..

or simply ( remove this new way of showing tabs which is related to the something you installed )

go to internet options> go to tab ''advanced'' select ''reset'' and try again.

when it not helps try to reinstall ie9.
