lol i went tubing on a beach at Cali. Lol my aunt's husband had a huge tube for 2 people... so i went with my cousins cousin. (dads side) he went so fast that we screamed until we lost our voices. I was shouting to the girl next to me. we had the cameraman on a large tube with two people on either side of him balancing him. Then he just held the camera and filmed whatever was happening. You can see him filming at 1:24.

We go about 25-28mph, it takes a lot of balance when you are in the air. Just make sure that you have the tube against you when you are about to land, and keep a wide stance.
