@Dragonrider1227 kinda but not really. Pixar couldn't get the rights to GI Joe, since they wanted to blow him up in the movie. So this is "Combat Carl."
@lilsexyturk97 yes but hasbro was upset that they were going to have Sid blow it up and wouldn't let them use it. (i took this one from the Pixar Wiki)
@GameStation3 Which release are you looking on? The ones in this specific video can only be found on the Ultimate Toy Box release. I'm guessing due to the ABC logos. But yeah, I'm positive these are on it, I ripped it myself.
Honestly I couldnt tell you. In fact I only managed to catch a few of these. All I remember seeing back then were these army men ones, and the channel surfing Rex. Dispite watching "One Saturday Morning" on a weekly bassis, those were all I saw until the DVD release.
I won't be surprised if it's on the disk. It makes little it any at all sence to make animations and only show them once during the release of a movie.
These were not on the Toy Story 10th Anniversary DVD as "Toy Story Treats." Were they on a different special addition? I know a few exist.

This should be the advert whenever this is shown on a channel with adverts, such as ITV or channel 4...
ThePlank1991 8 months ago
This is the only Toy Story Treat, I believe, that is not included on the Toy Story DVD. But that's maybe because it's a commercial break bumper.

They call him "Combat Carl". Though its supposed to be G.I Joe. They weren't given the rights because they didn't want him being blown up.

THESE were shown on the Toy Story dvds too?
dekablueranger 2 years ago
Its possible they were absent from the latest release. I got these from the Ultimate Toy Box.
Maybe they left these out due to copyright issues (since Disney no longer owns ABC). or maybe they ran out of disc space.
Or maybe its there, just hidden well.
