i just got 4 beagle pups today. one of them "hammer" started running a rabbit at 3 months old. he is a very smart dog to be only 5 monthsold. all i do is hunt and mess wit my beagles:) and ur pups are very cute:)

Train them to a whistle or just a call. Almost all of mine come back but one. she runs it until we kill it and if we dont kill it we have to try and catch her. sometimes shooting the gun makes her come to us because she thinks we killed it. :) what a silly

They'll come back. Sometimes it will be on their own time but they'll come back.

Make sure you tag them though so noone will think they are a stray.

If you need to get going, say you have an important date for something, what we do is lay down our coat on the ground in the woods by where you are. By morning they will usually be curled up, sleeping in it :)
