Always engaging and never boring = best animated series of spiderman. Sure some cgi is oddly in place, but other than tha this trashes all other 1 or 2 seasons long spiderman remakes. Makes me wonder why they ever decided to make the newer series with such lousy faces.

I really love this show. I mean come on people, it was the very first "Spider-Man"-series (besides the original comics) to focus more on the story, the characters and the drama than just on the action, spectacle and scenarios. I can't say for sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if the others like this that came afterwards (the Sam Raimi-films and "The Spectacular Spider-Man") used this series as an example.
