By the way, I was wondering, I'm a student and I cook my own meals. Do you have any ideas for some simple, rather fast (and if possible not too expensive) recipes? Would be awesome :D
@MrJingjong Well, it's not really a dorm, here in Belgium, we have something like 'student houses', but which aren't owned by the university. We have a (rather small) kitchen which we share with 7 people. I've got the following:
-a stove (only two electrical plates )
-an (small) oven
-a microwave
-pots and pans
-a wok pan
-a steam machine (you can put several layers of vegetables or stuff like that in it and it just steams it right up :P )
I really like what you're doing with the incorporation of your wife and kids... and encouraging other people to start cooking. I think it's AWESOME! I am thinking about making some cooking videos, too. You and your wife are a great inspiration. Keep it up!
Nice... Fish tastes better when grilled. Every time me and my husband watches your videos, we always end up saying - we need to eat healthy, we need to eat healthy! Hahaha. Thank you for sharing healthy recipes. So nice to see the family in your videos too, especially Taya chan! (^_^)
Next time I get fish I will try this. I think the mullet I get here on the Gulf Coast lends itself to smoking and would be tasty prepared like this. I may try that sauce on chicken before then though. Nice video as usual, Susie :-)
That is such a good point about getting kids involved in the kitchen, I never thought about that before. But it's true, kids will try anything that they made themselves. And of course it's a great way to spend time together during a busy week. Thanks again.
looks great! i i caught a trout the other day, it was very yummy

@CrrackTheSkye I can do that! Thanks for the suggestion. Do you use a microwave or a stove? Are you in a dorm?
