What I did was I stayed on the roof of the little room and batclawed the Inmates off the edges.

the easiest way I found around this was to place the explosives on the glass on the building in the middle and wait for them to come in two and two. that takes them out.

That's a smart idea, to use the Henchman as a lure for the explosive gel. I've used them as lures before but never like that...

all you have to do is stay on the rooftop of the building and pick them off 1 by 1 when they are alone, or that's how i did it atleast

It was edited out because people kept complaining about how I left failures in, so blame them.

@fresh4muh not too hard the office in the middle is the best thing to do also they dont really patrol the lower level so its not real hard to hide down there

I felt like that part should be kept in, but I wasn't going to keep talking if there was a high chance of it being edited out, and there was.

Anytime I don't talk for awhile, it's either a cutscene or the editing factor.
