  • @PrinsessanAyla hey ! question here, how long does the battery last, like if you shoot hd movies , whats the total amount of time it gives before the battery runs out ? more or less . thanks :)

  • @thrallskull Severel hours I think, have never tested that...

  • Stupid zoom sound, but good that it doesnt mute the sound while zooming!

  • I got one of this camera on blk friday just pass from amazon for $195 such a great price ,cant beat that , was lucky i guess & I'm real happy with it ,to me canon is the best in camera line brand ..real nice clean sharp video..i guess high five to that!

  • The sx210is does a great job for a point and shoot camera, Discos went out of style in the 80's, but if thats your bag and you're worried about sound get a camcorder, a point and shoot will only do so much.

  • wow. you've shot one beautiful place there!

  • On a scale of 1-10, how well is the focus on pictures, and video?

  • HELP! i have this camera but the format of the video i guess? idk my other videos of my son, they upload but other than that my makeup videos wont load ;( i have no idea why..

  • should have zoomed in at the note pinned to the log

  • So what is the highest class they have? And about how much does it cost?

  • @BloodyHeartbreak I think the highest class is 10... The cost depends of which brand and where you buy it. You can google on that one...

  • Yes, class 4 and anything above is OK. I have tested class 4 and class 10 and could't notice any difference

  • A Class 4 card is the minimal requirement to record in HD right? So then any cards above Class 4, say a Class 6 would work?

  • I'm going to buy this camera but i'm afraid that the sound in the videos when you register with loud music for example as in disco is not perfect .. can u give me more information? :D

  • @ibizaneversleeps Sorry, but I can't tell you anything about that... I haven't recorded loud music in a disco...

  • Excellent vid quality. Too bad we can hear the zoom mechanism as it zooms in. All of the reviews discuss that one issue.

  • Kan det bli sämre kvalité på film/kort med ett klass 4 minneskort än ett klass 10 ?

  • @SBL75 Jag har både klass 4 och klass 10 kort och det märks ingen skillnad.

  • thats awesome where you live i would love to live in the snow...

and i have this camera does it matter what type of memory card it has

  • @im4everyoung You need to have at least a class 4 card to record HD videos.

  • thats awesome where you live i would love to live in the snow

  • wow that looks amazing! so getting this camera

  • @PrinsessanAyla What kind of memory card do you use?

  • @KamyarM San Extreme (class 10) 16 GB.

  • @PrinsessanAyla

    Thanks for the info .

  • @PrinsessanAyla But i can handle a 2TB SDXD card dude, its ready for the future ;)

  • I just got this camera and uploaded my videos to my computer, and they don't play smoothly... they're choppy and very unpleasant to watch. great quality but what's the point if they're like that? maybe it's just my computer, so has anyone else had this problem??? I want to decide if I should return the camera or not... thanks so much

  • @eurocalichica Do you use Zoom Browser (that came with the camera) when playing movies? It runs smoothly on my computer when I use this application... Maybe your computer isn't powerful enough. Then you will have the same problem with other cameras and HD movies. You can try to shoot movies that are not in HD...

  • @PrinsessanAyla It's your computer. In fact, it's your processor or graphic card.

  • @PrinsessanAyla and @barinit Thanks, yeah my computer's getting kind of old.... about to buy a new one. I LOVE the camera though in every way

  • @eurocalichica it's your computer mate it isnt powerfull enough

  • @eurocalichica maybe the files are just too big. Cause if there are videos with extremely high file-sizes..the computer can't play it that smoothly.

  • I just go one today, can't wait to use it, where ever you are looks so beautiful, I love snow, the falling snow is so pretty.

  • thanks for that video. I am looking at that camera and I think I will get it. Are you still a big fan of it and nothing has changed? Thanks for your input.

  • @Gman6755 Yes I'm still a big fan!! I always have the camera with me and uses it a lot.

  • You gave us very good information with the movie format. Appreciate that. Wish it would save in AVI, since I use WMM. Great video and footage!

  • @frontier33 Thank you! I use Adobe Premiere to edit the movies and then I can save it as AVI (but not in HD), then I can import to WMM... If I want to.. :)

  • how long can you zoom in before sx210 starts loosing sharpness?

  • @GarbageState The camera has 14X optical zoom and you don't loose sharpness when using the opical zoom.

  • Is the Camera good?

  • @armanihugo Yes, very good!!

  • humongus uprowment frome the sx 200 is

  • is there a time limit on the video recording?

  • @CamCon586 It's about 30 min recording, but you can repeat it until memory card is full...

  • @PrinsessanAyla oh okay cause i know sometimes it limits it to like 60 seconds at a time.

  • Nice Job Maud, Cute dog too

  • @hdtvcamera1 it is an awesome German Shepherd.

  • @CamCon586 Belgian shepherd!! :)

  • @PrinsessanAyla what are the main differences between a german shepherd and a belgian shepherd. cool dog thought. I have a german shepherd :)

  • @CamCon586 Thanks! Yes, it's a cool dog... It's smaller than a german shepherd, (my dog is 20 kg), very active and fast.

  • @hdtvcamera1 Thanx!

  • @PrinsessanAyla I just got my camera and I am having trouble uploading longer videos with it, I am not sure how long it is taking you to upload your videos or what settings that you have to do to adjust the file settings, But it will not let me upload to youtube from the canon camera window

  • This movie is mpeg since I have edit it in Adobe Premiere, but I also have uploded two movies in the original fileformat MOV without any problems. But it take some time... almost 1 hour for this movie.. I upload from my computer and I dont have to do any settings, YouTube recognize it as an HD movie.

  • @PrinsessanAyla I honestly do not know what the problem is, I am uploading a 5 minute video and it still has not uploaded after 6 hours. I just would love to know why it is taking so long or what I may or may not be doing correctly and why the camera window for youtube will not accept videos through there

Are you uploading through the Camera window for youtube or on the youtube site directly?

  • On the Youtube site directly

  • @PrinsessanAyla Did you have your cable connected to the camera when you were uploading the video or did you just have your SD card in the computer by itself?

I opened up the camera window with the software and I do not have the camera hooked up, but I have the SD card in the computer and it is uploading at a decent pace so far. Check my profile out later on for more videos from me

  • I have the cable connected to the camera when I'm uploading to my computer, that is a rather fast process. Then I upload from my computer to Youtube, that takes some time due to the bad internet connection I have (up stream).

  • In most of the zooms you can hear the "whirring" noise of the motor, but sometimes the noise seems to be absent, like at the beginning when you zoom in on the small stream. Can it be the speed at which you're zooming that makes the difference?

  • I think it's because the sound of the water that you don't hear the noise of the motor. There is always some noise when using the optical zoom...

  • @PrinsessanAyla can it support an external microphone cause that is one way you could get rid of the noise of the motor.

  • @CamCon586 No, but I don't think the noice is that disturbing...
