  • Is this on the Amtrak station platform? Are helpers common even as far west as Latrobe?

  • It's probably gravel. Sand is usually in covered hoppers.

  • Well, whaddya know? A raccon up front! I never did, and still don't like those SD70M's. But I LOVE any train in Latrobe. :)
