nope it is Meteor Shower in Japanese too...is a special attack and appeared only once in one of the movies...Crescent Beam Shower is similar but used by Venus during Sailor Moon R and obtained when she needed power up to save SM and some kids from a Cardian sent by Eiru and An. =P

Nope, that's Crescent Beam Shower. Meteor Shower doesn't exist in the Japanese version.

In the American subbed DVDs they call Mamoru Tuxedo Mask and not Tuxedo Kamen, they use the American name in the subtitles.

Their is also differential masking thats one way.
But the best way is to deinterlace the frames and cut out the subject in the editor.
