Online, my friend. For most J-Pop, that's the easiest way. Or if you have iTunes, you can find instructions online to switch your iTunes to the Japanese store, go online and buy a Japanese iTunes card, and use it to buy stuff via iTunes that isn't available on the American (or in your case, Polish) iTunes library.

I don't remember how to do it exactly. I did it a couple of years ago and had to purchase an iTunes card (from Japan) and the guy who I bought it from (continued below)

There are instructions to change iTunes store to the Japanese store, go online and get an iTunes gift card (specifically one in Japanese), and then use it to buy music from the iTunes Japan store. I did it once long ago. You buy the iTunes card from someone in Japan who sends you via e-mail a copy of the back of the iTunes card with the number you need on it. It's legit, I wasn't ripped off. He makes only a bit of money off the card. Google search it, or just buy from Amazon.com.
