why woundnt someone....a lot of people like the layouts of one story homes this is a house how isnt it...i would much rather have a one story double wide over a 2 story house plus most people even get them put on fondations so you also get full basment you get a lot more for your money

Bcuz houses suck. They get ice cold in the winter. The floors crack constantly. Manufactured homes you can move them if you ever move some were else they are off the cold ground the floors are not hard ass crappy concrete that cracks all of the time and you cant fix cracked concrete

@Digitalbumpin cause 2300-2500 sft house would cost 250-300k where i live..i paid 74k for my 32X80 (2300 sft) on 1 acre lot...My house is big enough to play basketball inside! which is good because i have two kids..
