John, love your driving and the sound of the car, but geez louise, what was with that "course"? I couldn't follow it at all! I guess if you had practice and memorized it you would no where to go, but seriously, that was really set up bad. A good course should be obvious.
I just bought an 850 Spider, so especially excited right now....
Yeah, the car runs very well. The course wasn't as bad as some that I've run down in San Diego, but that's the fun of of it all - trying to figure out where you need to go and get it right in 3 tries.
Are you in the SoCal area? Would love to see some pix of your car sometime.
Sorry it took some time to get back to you. I should be getting my 850 in a few weeks, bought it out of state and it's being shipped. It's a restoration project, so looking to get it on the road by spring. I had one when I was 19, drove it all over the place but it kept spinning #4 connecting rod bearing, after thousands of miles. Odd problem. Sold it to a guy down at work, and saw it again about 15 years ago! I love 850s, looking forward to driving one again.

Good going John. Great to see you get your feet wet again. Your 850 runs great and sounds beautiful too. Keep showing us more!
