it is good that it has natural ingredients but it also contains a lot of sulfates and it dries my face out

im a male & used this soap on & off, now if your lite skin and and are prone ti shaving bumps n stuff, this will work well in clearing it up! but please be damn gentle with this, it harsh like a rock stone! lol. i think its best to use this every other day, i cant do it twice a day, makes me look red and burnt. just a tip but it does work well to clear bumps n scars etc.

@kvocalist yes it is very harsh so don't really overload the soap on my hands and i control the lather too, but thanks I'm still using it and getting good results :)
