  • @MrPITUFO1719 Esos botones son rectangulos ( le das a insertar > formas > rectangulo) y luego lo pones con sombra y lo que quieras, para que esa figura te lleve a otro lugar ( como en el video) solo le das click derecho > Hipervinculo > Lugar de este documento > la hoja que quieres vincular
