@dominicrusho Actually, the British inventor Humprhy Davy after electrolitically islolated the metal from the mineral Alumina, named it Aluminum. *1812 - Chemical Philosophy*
It wasn't until later when in a literary journal (Quarterly Review) that someone decided to anonymously change the spelling to Aluminium.
The yanks call it by the original spelling given to it by the British intentor/researcher that first isloated it. It's the British that changed it, not the yanks ;)
@adamizorrr Where did I say it was the correct spelling? It's just the English spelling of the word. The review was done by an Englishman, on English roads and was filmed in England! Therefore I think we can settle this argument and end it right now :P
Hello Fellow Audi fans, Can any1 tell me what it is that AUDI do to there 2.0d which changes the bhp from 140 to 170. If you don't no please don't guess. Is it just a simple ECU change? Or more?"

why does he say "aluminium? there is no letter "i" after the n, so it can't be aluminium, it's ALUMINUM. Say the last 3 letters... NUM, not NIUM.
