It would require more energy for the car to go with the wind drag of a wind turbine. Could be good to build high air pressure inside a tank for air pressure engine power to save gas or produce electric. Big oil tycoons are not letting anyone mass commercialize the hardware and investors see it as too risky to put their money in. Captstone micro turbines look highly efficient, but it's just a penny stock due to perceived risk. If more efficient gas engines, then oil goes up in price. Tough issue.

Even using solar light or wind combine pumping in long air pipe to a air-copressor so this will create free energy at night time?

Tapping energy is the movement people make even transport. Just like electric train why not use the same system for car and added wind-turbine in front of the car that create free energy back to to the main power system million car being use to go work etc. and let us say that the car can be added air compressor to a car so a person can drive in a place that has no power line? So poeple no needed batery that people dont know where they damp the used batery.
