Upon looking at this again, at least we can say, we're still young and live is not over yet. We've got time to recover and build a life. A degree is only half the answer, the other half is hard work and that means busting ass to get ahead. Might have to take a lower paying job but we can always advance........you never know what opportunity can come.

@KingB2K8 Well said, my friend. Yeah, the 90's are gone, and all of its prosperity, too. The economy is in shambles, and the chickenhawks in DC are playing by their rules. Times is hard, and they could be a'gettin' worse, but nobody said that this was going to be easy.

I'm still jobless but I've decided to go back and get a teacher certification. Thats something at least.....good news is I don't have to repeat 4 more years, just one year and I've got the license.

OMG! Brother we are in the same boat. I can pretty much testify to this. Still haven't found anything, 5 months now without a job. I have 46k student loan debt, bill collectors hassling me, and I feel like such a loser. I'm done drinking the college Koolaid. A friend of mine just got a job last week as a Dept. Manager at Lowe's and has NO degree at all. How about them apples? A degree is virtually useless today......
