Grant walks 10 days after spica cast removal!

My 2 year old son will be having his cast removed June 5th. We can hardly wait but are unsure about how he will re-learn the walking process!  P.s. the dogs are cute! Nicole

He'll bounce back and you won't believe it! We were concerned about turning the feet out too much, but he just did it to compensate for balance. After a few weeks, he pointed his toes straight ahead again and now he's running!! It has been 7 mos. and you'd never know he went through all of that. I wish you all the best =)

p.s. -- I used my "walking wings" from when our son was a baby to help him get confidence to walk without holding on. He was too heavy, but it saved my back as I was 8 mos. pregnant at the time.

Yay Grant! lol "White Gate" sounds like some sort of British town or something the way he says it!
