Another great anime vid for youtube but there's just something that's bothering me. I apologize in advance if I come across as irritated but that is because I am. No one person is responsible. I have no leads on the character at 0:13 and I see her in A LOT of vids so she's obviously not just random fan art. Is she from a game or anime or what? I've noticed that quite a few people have asked this same question and nobody seems to want to answer. I've been trying to figure this out for awhile now.
