Well i'm not sure how to make a video but if you try a custom games or forge and dont touch the health, turn the speed up to 300%, make sure you have another person who isnt moving, and t=place them in a corner. back up and run full speed into them. their sheilds will go down about one third of the way. it is very hard to kill someone this way, just like with a soccer ball.

It isn't a glitch, its physics. If something/someone is going fast enough and they hit you you will die.
