  • Holy crap. The yoga is more difficult than the plyometrics and the ab ripper x!

  • @rushhour93 could u specify how long each move is?

  • I just done the p90 yoga and it is a serious bitch. I am so unflexible. Hope it gets easier. Tony just didn't stop with that fucking runners pose! Damn

  • I did this one for the first time yesterday and it killed me lol. It was more difficult than just a regular workout for me

  • How old are you because I was thinking about buying this program but I can not find anyone that is under 18 that has been doing this program.I'm wondering if it would be to hard for a 16 year old as myself.I'm already in pretty decent shape but my cardio sucks and I don't want to plateau my gains.

  • @erickr1980 I'm 18 right now. I started P90X when I was 16 though so you could definitely do it.

  • alright thanks alot.@rushhour93

  • @erickr1980 Dude Im 12 and I do p90x!

  • @erickr1980 I'm 15 years old and am on day 81. For a 15 year old, it works REALLY well :). if you want to see my results so far, please message me.

  • @erickr1980 im 13 and im doing it.

  • i skimmed through the yoga x full video (95 minutes haa..) how long do you usually do?

  • @RawrrErii when I do Yoga X, I do the whole thing.

  • @rushhour93 that explains how your so flexible! :) but for someone who doesn't have that much time on their hands, how long do you suggest i should do?

  • Ok thanks helps me alot

  • How long is each pose?

  • @archer1389478 depends, usually 30-60 seconds.

  • You really want to avoid belly breathing in your triangles and standing postures. It is dangerous for your low back to let the ribs and stomach splay out like that.

Also, gripping the mat with the toes will eventually cause cramping and does not help to strengthen the arches of the foot. Spread the toes wide when planting the feet.

The weight should be in the knuckles when weight bearing on the hands.

You don't want to hurt the wrists by bringing the weight in to the heels of the hands.

  • You probably want to create some more distance between your feet in downward facing dog (hip width).

  • that aint yoga x brooo , watch Tony !

  • lol thats hot.

XP this helped me a lot

  • today I do my yoga x video;-)

exercises i'm still struggling with. even in phase 2 round 2: half moon and twisted half moon

exercise i can't do, period: crane
