Listen Salam, company manager has a selection of choices from which to choose based on his training and experience (outside influences !!). His boss doesn't tell him to choose this one or that one. His boss doesn't force a particular choice onto the manager. But God, all knowing and all programming, does FORCE a particular choice onto everyone, whether that choice is good or bad, since God provided the choices and made Man choose whatever Man chose.
God gave man an ability that God really doesn't want man to use? So God is teasing man? That is outrageous. That is so cruel and mean. Why should man do God's will if God is so cruel and mean to man, and teases man with forbidden abilities? And then, if man gets upset with God teasing him, God sends him to hell? Satan can't be much worse than God, if that's what God is all about.
The man who manufactured and programmed the robot wants the robot to obey his commands according to what he load it with. The man also knows very well the behaviour of the robot since he was the programmer.
An owner of a company put rules to be followed in his company and forbidden things for his employees not to do like : "smoking not allowed inside the building", ... and so on.If anyone do what's forbidden,he should be blamed and punished not because the owner has teased him.
Then why would God program Man to kill and disobey if God doesn't really want Man to kill and disobey?? Is God crazy? Or sadistic? Come on now, how could God be that stupid or cruel? Answer that??
Hay man,I said that before.God gave him the ability to choose the bad or good to do.
People are asked of what they do but God is not asked about his doings.
The man himself is the cruel not God.
The company owner gives some authorities to some managers as well as some restrictions. So it's their choice. If they breached the system, they are the crazy not the owner.
God is the all powerful and all wise.He put the law,and people should follow. If they obey it wisely, they are winners.Losers if not.
Free will is only an illusion, since God knows it all, before and after. So God didn't give Man a free choice, He set Man up for the fall, knowing what he would choose. That's cruel, sadistic, and insane.
But all that is moot, since God is your delusion, not mine. So keep it to yourself.
I think this question has been settled already. We can already trace thoughts and feelings in the brain, along with religious experiences, Out of Body Experiences etc as physical processes in the brain. All that encompasses person-hood goes away with deleterious effects on the brain, in systematic ways.
'Purpose' in life is subjective, and thus misleading as a topic of discussion :P.
As I view it,Purpose of life sometimes is not only subjective.
For example: If I am an employee in a company , I have to fulfill the objectives of mine to have a salary , good job and improve my life the way I like..etc , as well as fulfilling the objectives of the comapany that recruited me.
It's not misleading if we put it in its correct position and do the right distinction between our subjective purposes and the general purposes of life. : )
Although I do not agree with your views on the balance between the soul and the body since I do not believe in the soul, and although I do not agree with your beliefs in God, I must acknowledge that you are in favor of balance and seeking truth, in having science and knowledge in life. And that is certainly positive. Tahnks you for this, I will add it to the playlist.
the puropse of life is to enjoy it and carry it on

Thank you for your comments. But the hour will come soon or later for you to know who is in delusion.

Do God's will? How can one refuse God's will? To refuse God's will is to be outside of God. How can one be outside of God if God is All That Is?
