Cutman's an easy boss. He was the first boss I beat. His ability is pretty cool though, and the stage takes a few goes to familiarize yourself with, but once you do that, it's EASY.
kinda. it was on the Nintendo Entertainment System, but was made by Capcom. I'd strongly reccomend dusting off your NES or downloading off of the Wii Virtual Console to play this game. I'm currently familiarizing myself with the Megaman franchise before I get Megaman 9.
