I must add here that I can't wrap my brain around AWD drifting....so easier is a subjective term there. The reason people don't use it in the competitions is as state above. Also, many cling to D1 and Formula D, where for the same reasons they don't allow AWD's (save for Ryse Millen's ol' Evo) to compete., so technically its not allowed unless converted to rwd
